Crafted in small batches right here on the homestead, our Pure Boxelder Syrup is a rare and special treat. Made from the sap of boxelder trees, this syrup offers a rich, smooth sweetness with warm caramel, butterscotch and vanilla notes that many say are even more complex than traditional maple.

Each bottle is carefully boiled down the old-fashioned way on our evaporator, turning gallons of fresh spring sap into a deep, golden syrup that captures the flavor of the season.
